Austin, Texas based Acland Apparel, LLC  operates as a consulting and order sourcing firm to the global wholesale clothing market.

We work with an overseas company that supplies high-quality clothing worldwide. The clothing supplier is a vertically integrated company whose principal has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of supplying well-known global brands. We focus on environmentally friendly and ecologically sourced fabric to make exceptionally high-quality clothing for our worldwide buyers.

Our supplier’s entrepreneurial spirit allows us to be innovative, creative, flexible and use various fabric combinations to deliver exceptional customized clothing solutions.

Growing Concern  for the Environment

There is growing awareness  that apparel manufacturing is a highly polluting activity that negatively impacts our rivers and streams.  One outcome from this awareness is the growing trend toward “slow fashion” where retail buyers are willing to spend more on apparel that is manufactured in line with their values. 

Helping to minimize this negative environmental impact, we start with the fabrics and work with our buyers as a valuable team member to guide them and move them forward in their shift to aligning themselves with their customer’s buying trends.

How We Help Your Organization

Providing ecologically sourced clothing for your employees and customers can contribute to attracting more equity and / or debt investors.   It is also a way of moving you closer to your ESG and SRI goals.  

However, if your organization is not interested buying ecologically sourced clothing, we provide a large variety of normal fabrics as well.
